Hearty breakfast and polite staff!!!

Quite comfortable stay, as always. Surprising and fairly clean place, everything was good. Very central location, just a short stroll away from a further education college. Well priced downstairs bar.

The units are stocked with a bath.

Room above the main entrance creates echo issues. Sounds of the bar and guests arriving can be disruptive. Bedding for the sofa bed was insufficient, missing essentials like a duvet cover. On weekends, the bar area can get quite noisy, which might not suit those looking for a quiet retreat.

The food was awesome, the rooms were stunning and neat. The hotel was in the middle of Stafford.

Ideal stopover for a couple seeking comfort

The room was spacious, clean and well stocked with tea and coffee, worth mentioning was how comfy the bed was, I mean like sleeping on clouds. Had a fantastic dinner. The sirloin I ordered was cooked perfectly and the staff made sure we were well taken care of, I actually felt relaxed for once.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, I'd say it was acceptable.

Comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, and coffee in the room. Substantial and generous buffet breakfast with a nice coffee from the In house Cafe, well priced. Prime and best possible location, short walk from St Chad's Church...

The Swan Hotel, Stafford is a charming place with a lovely bar area and friendly staff. The room was well-appointed and the breakfast options catered well to vegans, with excellent quality and taste. The atmosphere is cozy and cute.

The lobby and bar area felt cute. My room was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast options were extensive. Enjoyed a vegan breakfast, well-prepared and flavorful. Staff were super friendly and helpful . There was some minor noise from nearby kitchens in the morning, which interrupted the peace. Some little details in the room could be improved for comfort, like adding bedside lamps.

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The room was spacious, and the huge four-poster bed made it really comfortable. Dining was a highlight—both dinner and breakfast offered generous portions and good quality. The hotel is conveniently located in the town center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like Victoria Park. Though there was a bit of noise from downstairs, it didn't distract from our overall experience too much.

The hotel is just a short walk from both the fine collegiate church of saint mary and the lovely victoria park. The friendly staff really add to the experience.

Wi-Fi connectivity issues abound!!! Room allocation seems chaotic, leading to awkward assignments that veer from what was expected. Noise levels during the night from nearby bars can ruin a good night's sleep!!!
